Setting up an account

To get started, head over to vaughan.perfectmind.com and select 'Sign up' to create your account. For step-by-step instructions, watch our 'How to Register for an Account' video above. Please note that the City of Vaughan may request photo ID proof for account verification to ensure the accuracy of your information.

Registration process

Once your account is set up, simply navigate to one of the Camp Corral registration pages on PerfectMind and click 'Register Now' to begin the registration process. For step-by-step instructions, watch our 'How to Register for a Program' video above. After completing your registration online, you'll receive a receipt and confirmation via email, and you can easily access and print your registration confirmations through your account.

Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer flexibility with our cancellation policy. You can cancel your registration up to two weeks prior to the start of the camp session without penalty, and a full credit/refund will be issued. Cancellations can be conveniently made online through your PerfectMind account.

Updating your customer profile

Keeping your customer profile up to date is essential for effective communication and smooth program delivery. You can easily edit your account information by selecting 'My Info' and then clicking on 'Edit'. While certain fields, like name and address, are locked for editing, you can contact Service Vaughan at 905-832-2281 or email rec@vaughan.ca for assistance with changes, ensuring validation for any edits to these fields.

Pre-camp communication

Our dedicated camp staff will reach out to parents/guardians if any information in your client profile needs updating. It's crucial to verify this information at least once during the camp calendar year to ensure accuracy and smooth communication regarding our programs and services.
