Al Palladini Community Centre Study

After more than 30 years as a well-loved community space, the Al Palladini Community Centre is ready for some upgrades. And we need your help!

Do you use the facility often and have ideas on how it can be enhanced?

An Open House and online survey was available in October for residents to have their say and learn more about proposed improvements for the community centre - thank you to everyone who participated!

Project background

The Al Palladini Community Centre opened its doors in 1989. Due to its age, the facility requires some updates – including building repairs, and functionality, sustainability and accessibility improvements to meet the Ontario Building Code.

The City is undertaking a feasibility study to establish viable design options for Al Palladini Community Centre. The study will gather input, identify desired improvements and provide recommendations, including cost and prioritization. Once complete, City staff will bring forward a final recommendation and estimated budget to Council for ratification. The approved budget will determine what design options staff move forward with.
