Development Charge Rates and By-Laws
Notice - The City of Vaughan has prepared the 2026 draft City-wide Development Charges By-laws and the 2026 draft Area-Specific Development Charges By-laws. A Statutory Public Meeting will be held on April 14, 2026. Members of the public are invited to attend and make representations regarding the proposed draft by-laws. The by-laws are scheduled to be voted on for approval by City Council on May 12, 2026.
