Timothy Arnott Vaughan Civic Hero Award
Timothy Arnott received the City's Civic Hero Award for Ward 1 for being involved in community affairs and for ensuring that his neighbours' interests were protected and heard.

Mr. Arnott has devoted his time to a number of volunteer organizations, including serving as director of the Kleinburg and Area Ratepayers Association for 15 years, and a member of the Binder Twine Festival.
Mr. Arnott's volunteer activities included involvement in the Kleinburg and Area Binder Twine Festival Committee as a volunteer, director and chairman. The success of the festival resulted in a number of community benefits, including Binder Twine Park, support for local schools and clubs, new street signage and the Kleinburg New Forest.
