Answer

The City’s annual Remembrance Event reflects the City’s commitment to fostering active, safe and diverse communities that are inclusive, enhance well-being and honour those who have gone above and beyond. The theme for this year’s event is “Defined by Duty” – residents with ties to Vaughan and York County who served Canada in wars abroad before returning to enter public service.
