The Vision for Vaughan's Digital Strategy was developed as a tool to assist the City of Vaughan's on its journey towards Digital Transformation. This tool highlights 6 pillars/key focus areas used to develop Vaughan’s themes and key objects.
Digital Strategy 2.0: #VaughanDigital
The City of Vaughan's Digital Strategy: #VaughanDigital defines how the City will interact with citizens digitally, including engagement, access to data and content, public connectivity, digital literacy, eServices and mobile apps, with a focus on Vaughan’s internal digital transformation.
#VaughanDigital Themes and Goals
To support the vision, the Digital Strategy introduces a set of Focus Areas and Goals. Because there are so many opportunities in the Digital realm, the City is choosing to focus on specific areas - which have been identified in Digital Strategy 1.0 and prioritized by Vaughan's Senior Management Team and staff.
Service Excellence Strategy
The City of Vaughan has refreshed its strategic plan to enhance our model and approach to Service Excellence. Ten key activities have been identified and they will be implemented by teams consisting of staff from across the organization, with support and co-ordination from the Office of Transformation and Strategy.
