            developed and delivered by Habitat GTA.
    2)     Ms. Shernett Martin, Vaughan African Canadian Association (VACA) with respect to a request for
            an indoor 4-court basketball facility in Vaughan and for the donation of land or space for VACA, to
            be used as a permanent space to deliver social, wellness and youth/family programs.
