Remo Marinucci Vaughan Civic Hero Award
Vaughan Council presented Remo Marinucci with the Ward 3 Civic Hero Award in 2006 for enriching the cultural fabric of the City of Vaughan.

Mr. Marinucci has performed for royalty, entertained television viewers and cruise ship audiences, and thrilled music lovers at City parks. He has sung for Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip, appeared on local and American television programs, starred onstage at the O'Keefe Centre in Toronto, and performed with the Canadian Opera Company, the Miami Opera Association, and on stage with the Cosmopolitan Opera Association.
He has taken his tenor voice around the world performing in night clubs, major hotels, opera houses and cruise ships from Canada to the Mediterranean, most often as a feature soloist.
