New Homeowners

New home purchases from the builder (excluding custom-built homes)

New homeowners of homes bought from a builder can use Service Vaughan to have their prepaid items delivered to their home. This does not apply to custom-built homes and condo townhomes that pay property maintenance fees to a property manager.

These include:

• two blue boxes
• one green bin
• one kitchen container

A copy of the Tarion Certificate of Completion will be requested at time of order. Make a request for pre-purchased new homeowner bins through Service Vaughan.

Resale home purchase

Residents purchasing a resale home where the blue box, green bin or kitchen container were not left behind from the previous owner, must purchase new bins for their collection. Find out where to purchase bins and containers.
