Industrial, Commercial and Institutional Water Service Verification Project

The City is undertaking a water service verification project to verify water servicing infrastructure, such as domestic and/or fire service lines, water meters, backflow preventers and hydrants at industrial, commercial and institutional (ICI) properties across Vaughan.

The water service verifications will be completed by the City's contractor, WSP Inc., who will contact ICI property owners by phone to book an appointment for a field inspection before visiting the property.

The water service verification project will begin in February 2024 and is expected to be completed in 2026. There is no cost to property owners, and project participation is mandatory
