Study Process
The Teston Road Environmental Assessment (EA) study will assess alternative improvements with consideration of impacts to transportation service and the natural, socio-economic and cultural environments. The study will be completed in accordance with the planning and design process for Schedule ‘B’ projects, as outlined in the Municipal Engineers Association Municipal Class EA guidelines (October 2000, as amended in 2007, 2011 and 2015).

Study Phases
Phase 1: Identify the problem or opportunity
Phase 2: Identify, assess and evaluate alternative solutions to address the problem or opportunity and establish a preferred solution.
Upon study completion, a Project File Report (PFR) will be made available for public review and comment. The PFR will document the study and consultation process, and decision-making rationale.
