You’re invited to Vaughan’s inaugural Pakistan Independence Day event!
Mayor Steven Del Duca and Members of Council together with the Consul General of Pakistan in Toronto invite you to celebrate Pakistan Independence Day. This special event will take place on Wednesday, Aug. 14, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Vaughan City Hall (2141 Major Mackenzie Dr.).
This free celebration will honour and commemorate the richness of Pakistan’s art, heritage and culture. Festivities will include greetings from Mayor Del Duca and the Consul General of Pakistan in Toronto, an outdoor flag-raising ceremony and light refreshments.
