Get ready to launch!
It all starts with a plan! To help set small businesses and entrepreneurs up for future success, the City of Vaughan is continuing its virtual series on developing a business plan – a critical step in launching and growing a business.
The Business Planning Launchpad is a free virtual program designed for startups and established small businesses. In addition to the training sessions, all participants can book 30-minute one-on-one meetings during office hours with the course facilitator to get feedback on their business and financial plans.
Each session covers one of four training topics:
- Ideation – How you can easily validate your business idea before you start
- Marketing – The critical components of a successful marketing and sales strategy for any business
- Operations – How to build a strong foundation for your business so you can scale your growth
- Financial – How to successfully budget and manage cash flow and finances
Here is the schedule for March:
- Ideation: Tuesday, March 1 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Marketing: Tuesday, March 8 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
