​Receive COVID-19 news via eNewsletters, social media and more

As the global COVID-19 pandemic evolves, the City of Vaughan continues to keep citizens informed about the latest developments and precautionary measures in place. The health and safety of the community remains the top priority, and the City is taking a disciplined, responsible and measured approach to reopening. There are many ways citizens can stay up to date on the City’s latest response efforts, including through eNewsletters, social networks, websites and more.
 

To receive news as it is released, sign up for the City Update eNewsletter at vaughan.ca/CityUpdate and follow the official corporate channels on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

In addition to City Update, there are many other eNewsletters citizens can subscribe to from Members of Council, the Economic and Cultural Development department and the Recreation Services team. Subscribe today on the City’s website.

The City continues to work closely with all levels of government to respond to COVID-19. Many resources are available for people to stay informed and citizens are encouraged to learn more about the different roles of municipal, regional, provincial and federal governments in an emergency.
 
The City’s COVID-19-related updates are available at vaughan.ca/COVID19 as well as in the newsroom section at vaughan.ca/news.
 
York Region provides a multitude of online resources for members of the public, including information from Public Health officials, self-assessment guidelines, physical distancing protocols and more. Explore these COVID-19 materials at york.ca/COVID19.
 
The Ontario government continues to enhance measures on how public information is provided. As the outbreak evolves, the Province has launched a dedicated webpage on ontario.ca/COVID19 with online resources and a data summary from Public Health Ontario.
