The public is invited to sign a book of condolences in memory of The Honourable Jack Layton. The book is available to sign in the main atrium at Vaughan City Hall, 2141 Major Mackenzie Dr.
The Federal NDP Leader died Monday, August 22. A state funeral is scheduled for Saturday, August 27. Flags at City of Vaughan facilities are at half-mast to mark his death.
The book of condolences will be available for signing until Friday, August 26 at 4:30 p.m.
