Business is booming in Vaughan. The 2016 ranking of Canada’s Best Places for Business by Canadian Business and PROFIT was released today and Vaughan is in eighth place nationally and second in Ontario.
Vaughan also placed
first in Canada's Most Lucrative Places for Business category. All of these
rankings demonstrate the City’s commitment to business excellence and reflect its
position as an economic leader in the Greater Toronto Area. The rankings are
based on scores in more than 20 categories and on data collected by Canadian
Business and PROFIT.
Vaughan is committed
to economic growth and pursuing opportunities that will strengthen its local economy
and global reach. The city supports entrepreneurs and existing business owners
at all stages. And through the Vaughan International Commercialization Centre, local
and international companies, institutions and not-for-profit organizations
