Leo Goodman, a long-standing member at Garnet A. Williams Fitness Centre, turns 100 years old on Sunday, March 15. Fitness staff and members, along with his family, are throwing a centennial birthday party in his honour. The festivities will include music, refreshments and a special certificate presentation.
