April 9, 2014

The City of Vaughan is working to improve the way services are delivered to residents by enhancing the use of technology. A Corporate Technology Strategic Plan, approved yesterday by Council, includes improvements to the City’s use of technology and information.

The strategic plan identifies opportunities for staff to use technology to connect and engage with its residents more efficiently and effectively by providing online services that make it easier for residents to access current and accurate information.

These enhancements will also enable the City to streamline its internal processes, which will further enhance service delivery to citizens.
