QUOTE
“Vaughan has strong Italian roots, and to celebrate our cultural heritage, every June, we recognize Italian Heritage Month. It is a time to honour the enduring contributions Italian Canadians make and have made to our city. I invite the entire community to join us for the Italian Heritage Month celebration at City Hall on Sunday, June 2. This annual event brings the community together to celebrate Italian heritage and culture through music, dance and food. My family is deeply proud of our Italian traditions, and I look forward to celebrating festa della Repubblica with our residents.”
