We are proud to introduce the incredible team alongside our City of Vaughan counsellors who will be guiding campers through their equestrian adventures. With their extensive experience and passion for horses, they ensure every camper has a safe, enjoyable and educational experience. Here’s a closer look at the talented individuals leading the charge at Camp Corral.
Amber Edwards
Equine Specialist and Trail Guide
With more than a decade of hands-on experience, Amber Edwards is a cornerstone of the equestrian program. She excels in horse care, riding instruction and trail guiding, having managed the comprehensive care of more than 50 horses. Amber's strong organizational skills and customer service expertise make her a perfect fit for Camp Corral. Her background as a veterinary assistant and various service roles further enhance her ability to provide top-notch care and instruction to our campers.
Chloe Taylor
Lesson Instructor and Trail Guide
Chloe Taylor brings more than four years of experience in horsemanship, trail guiding and equine management to Camp Corral. Proficient in both English and Western riding styles, Chloe’s teaching skills are complemented by her retail management background, making her adept at handling diverse situations and ensuring a seamless experience for campers. Fluent in both English and French, Chloe’s strong organizational skills and excellent customer service make her a valuable asset to the team.
Peyton Greaves
Lesson Manager
Peyton Greaves, with eight years of experience in equestrian training and management, is the lesson manager at Camp Corral. Peyton’s expertise in riding instruction, lesson planning and equine facility management ensures the riding program is well-structured and effective. His educational background in interior design and skills in customer service and project co-ordination add a unique perspective to his role, enhancing the overall camp experience.
Virginia Wood
Trail Guide and Lesson Instructor
Virginia Wood combines more than three years of formal experience in equine instruction and trail guiding with a lifelong passion for horse care. Her profound knowledge of horse behaviour, care and training techniques, along with her leadership and communication skills, make her an excellent instructor. Virginia's background in farm labour and maintenance, coupled with her volunteer work, underscores her commitment to providing a nurturing and educational environment for our campers.
