Senior Leadership Team - Executive
The Senior Leadership Team – Executive (SLT-E) is the most senior group of administrative staff in the organization. They work together to implement Council-approved initiatives and provide direction to staff to ensure the City demonstrates transparency, accountability and good governance while delivering the programs that residents, businesses and visitors depend on every day.
The SLT-E strives to uphold our values – Respect, Accountability and Dedication – while:

The City's Senior Leadership Team (SLT) consists of the directors of departments across the organization who work collaboratively to:
- support the SLT-E in implementing Council-approved initiatives.
- foster innovation, create efficiencies and look for opportunities for savings.
- uphold the City’s mission of Citizens first through Service Excellence.
- manage day-to-day operations of the City’s programs and services.
- empower staff to drive organizational success.
