Hawk
Hawk is an original trail horse at Pathways on Pleasure Valley and has been there since the beginning.
Despite his love for snacking on green leaves in spring and summer, he is a trusted and calm steed out on the trails.
Ryan
Ryan is one of our big gentle giants at Pathways.
He enjoys a leisurely pace on the trails to take in the scenery and sneak a few leafy snacks.
His quirky and curious personality is sure to make you smile.
Rio
Rio is a longtime resident of Pathways.
Rio confidently navigates the trails and isn't afraid to boss around bigger horses.
She loves kids and is the go-to for young riders, helping nervous ones overcome fears with her calm demeanor.
Mercedes
Mercedes embodies grace and kindness at Pathways.
Her name represents her very well as she is always considered the Mercedes out of all the trail horses.
Known for her gentle demeanor, she offers a safe haven and guides riders through the forest trails with ease.
Latte
Latte is a paint horse at Pathways and is known for his cream and brown colouring.
Gentle and slow-paced, he loves being brushed and waits by the fence for treats.
Latte always looks out for his rider, making him an excellent trail horse.
Tristan
Tristan is the second-tallest horse in the herd at Pathways.
He is gentle, laid-back, and his very nature is what makes him a great herd leader as well as an excellent trail horse.
Yukon
Yukon is one of the smallest trail horses at Pathways.
His name comes from the fact that he is a white horse (Whitehorse is the capital of Yukon Territories in Canada if you didn’t know)!
Despite his size, Yukon's easygoing and playful personality ensures a fun trail ride.
Tiny
Contrary to his name, Tiny is one of the larger horses and an alpha in the herd.
His confident and authoritative demeanor makes him stand out.
Despite his size, Tiny is gentle, affectionate, loyal, and responsive, making him a special and reliable trail partner.
Annie
Annie is one of the oldest trail horses at 22 years old!
Annie is usually more energetic than some of our younger horses.
She loves grazing in grass fields and overall is an excellent trail and lesson horse.
Dottie
Dottie is a paint horse at Pathways and is named for her black-and-white coat with expressive eyes.
She seems to be always ready for adventure, especially in search of forest leaves.
Although she moves at a slower pace, Dottie makes a wonderful trail companion.
