Notice Description: The proposed zoning by-law amendment is to lift a Holding Symbol applicable to the residential component within the Subject Lands which was introduced within zoning By-law 1-88 as amended by By-law 164-2023, and within zoning By-law 001-2021 as amended by By-law 163-2023. Specifically, Part 1.a) of Exception 9(1571) within the Zoning By-law 1-88, and Part 1 of Exception 14.1157 within By-law 001-2021 states that the Holding Symbol can be removed upon Vaughan Council adopting a resolution allocating sewage and water supply capacity in accordance with the City’s approved Servicing Capacity Distribution Policy assigning capacity to the Subject Lands.
