Second Hand Goods or Pawn Shop Permit
In Vaughan, a licence is required to sell second hand goods to the public, except where the sales of goods:
- is for charitable purposes;
- is part of a garage sale;
- consists primarily of used books, maternity wear or infant's accessories;
- is for used automobiles; and
- consists of articles purchased new and rented out in the normal course of business.
