Addressing road safety on Pine Valley Drive
Do you live in or visit the Pine Valley Drive area? If so, we invite you to learn about our plan for traffic in your neighbourhood!
In response to growing transportation demands and our commitment to monitor and address road safety and sustainable modes of travel, the City of Vaughan is undertaking multiple traffic studies through the Corridor Reviews. A corridor refers to a linear road and its associated land uses.
As part of the next phase in this study, you can review a detailed map (PDF) focusing on traffic on Pine Valley Drive and provide feedback by emailing the project team at CorridorReviews@vaughan.ca before Wednesday, May 8.
These pending recommendations are the result of a comprehensive review of traffic operations in the area and consultation with the community. They have been carefully designed to address the feedback collected and to continue to meet the essential and evolving needs of all road users.
King-Vaughan Road remains under review. Stay tuned to learn more about the proposed traffic recommendations for this area.
