Boosting business in Vaughan

Vaughan Business Expo provides opportunities to help companies grow

The City of Vaughan is committed to economic growth and pursuing opportunities that will strengthen its local economy and global reach. As one of the best places to do business in Canada, the City takes pride in supporting our entrepreneurs and existing businesses. Each year the Vaughan Business Enterprise Centre (VBEC), in partnership with the Province of Ontario and the Ontario Network of Entrepreneurs (ONE), hosts the annual Vaughan Business Expo.

The event, now in its 15th year, is being held on Feb. 1 at the Terrace Banquet Centre. Local business people will hear from keynote speaker Luigi Presta, CEO and founder of thinkCOMPASS, who has more than 20 years of experience in marketing in the private and public sectors. He will speak on the identification and development of strategic partnerships.

The event includes trade booths and networking opportunities with entrepreneurs, local business owners, community leaders and organizations that can help businesses grow.
