City Announces Extended Hours to Better Serve Residents
Sept. 8, 2014
The City of Vaughan’s contact centre is expanding its hours of operation to better accommodate residents. Called Access Vaughan, the contact centre will offer three additional hours of service each day, and will now be available Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., excluding holidays.
The new extended hours will make it easier for residents to obtain information on various matters related to living in Vaughan, including garbage and recycling, leaf and yard waste, taxes, parking, recreation programs and much more. The change in service hours is part of the City’s public service renewal initiative, which continuously seeks and supports opportunities for enhanced customer service.
