City of Vaughan Labour Day Hours

Vaughan City Hall and the Joint Operations Centre will be closed on Sept. 2 for Labour Day. Please take note of the following holiday hours of operation for other city-related services and facilities.

COMMUNITY CENTRES
All community centres will be closed on Sept. 2 and
will reopen during regular hours on Sept. 3.
VAUGHAN PUBLIC LIBRARIES
Vaughan Public Libraries will be closed on Sept. 1 and
Sept. 2 and will reopen during regular hours on Sept. 3.
VAUGHAN ANIMAL SERVICES
Vaughan Animal Services and the animal shelter will be
closed on Sept. 2 and reopen during regular hours on Sept. 3.
SPLASH PADS
The following City splash pads will be open on Sept. 2
from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Maple – Airport Park, Crieff Parkette, Mackenzie Glen District Park, Maple Lions Park and Melville Park.
- Concord/Thornhill – Concord Thornhill Regional Park, North Thornhill District Park, Dufferin District Park and Wade Gate Park.
- Woodbridge – Blue Coin Park, Chancellor District Park, Mapes Park, McClure Meadows Park, Father Ermanno Bulfon Park, Vaughan Mills Park, Sonoma Heights Community Park and Matthew Park.
SWIMMING POOLS
All City of Vaughan swimming pools will be closed on
Sept. 2 with the exception of the Thornhill Outdoor Pool at 26 Old Yonge St.,
which will be open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
