Free city-wide events taking place from May 5 to June 23

Vaughan’s annual Environmental Days are returning, with a series of five events throughout the community. These days are an opportunity for residents to exchange damaged City-issued blue boxes, kitchen containers and green bins, recycle used or unwanted electronics, and receive up to three bags of mulch, all free of charge. City-issued blue boxes, kitchen containers, green bins, composters and garbage tags will be available for purchase as well.

Events also include the Diabetes Canada Clothesline Drive and the City’s Environmental Sustainability team who will share information on local agriculture and community gardens.
