Groundbreaking for Father Ermanno Bulfon Community Centre Fitness Renovation and Expansion
Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua and Members of Council joined City staff and residents on Thursday, July 10 to celebrate the start of the construction phase for the Father Ermanno Bulfon Community Centre fitness renovation and expansion.
The community centre is expanding to better serve the community. The renovated centre will have a larger fitness centre with a new cycling room and change rooms, new male, female and family pool change rooms, and a new activity room. Construction is expected to be completed in the summer of 2015. During the expansion, the fitness centre and swimming pool will be closed; all other areas will remain in operation.
