Vaughan’s robust and convenient online services continue as more facilities prepare to reopen

The City of Vaughan’s website – vaughan.ca – is your one-stop-shop for City services, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. And that includes the ability to apply for business licences, pay a parking ticket and register your pet with the City – online!

Throughout the global COVID-19 pandemic, teams across the organization have provided a variety of virtual resources, making it even easier and more efficient to access City services and programs. Even as more municipal facilities prepare to reopen, these robust online services continue to be offered and expanded.

You can apply for or renew a business licence, pay a parking ticket and get a pet licence online with the click of a button – all from the comfort of home. To get started, visit Service Vaughan and click on the by-law or animal service you want, log in to your account, apply and pay quickly and easily online.

In addition to these online By-law services, visitors can go to vaughan.ca/ServiceVaughan to apply for a job; register for recreation programs; report missed waste collection; report road maintenance, including potholes; pay parking tickets; apply for building/engineering permits; report litter/graffiti; request tree pruning and shrub maintenance; request park or splashpad maintenance, buy a new blue box and green bin and so much more. Explore them all today!

Agents in the City’s contact centre – Access Vaughan – are also standing by to address your inquiries. Call 905-832-2281 or email accessvaughan@vaughan.ca for assistance. Call centre hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. with after-hour service available for municipal emergencies.
