Register now for the Vaughan B2B: Industrial Tour on Sept. 27

Do you operate a business within the industrial facility sector? If yes, your opportunity to connect with neighbouring companies is here! The City of Vaughan’s Economic Development department is hosting a Vaughan Business-to-Business (B2B) Industrial Tour on Friday, Sept. 27, bringing together local businesses to collaborate and learn from one another.

The Vaughan B2B: Industrial Tour, sponsored by Trillium Network for Advanced Manufacturing, aims to provide learning and networking opportunities for Vaughan-based businesses by matching two companies with similar interests and needs. The paired companies will tour each other’s facilities to share operational best practices, policies and business challenges.

Participating businesses must have 20 employees or more and operate within the industrial facility sector, such as a warehouse, factory or distribution centre. Up to 30 businesses will be matched on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants will be encouraged to discuss potential pilot projects and business or partnership opportunities.

The event is free to attend and will begin with a continental networking breakfast, remarks by Mayor Steven Del Duca, presentations by Trillium Network for Advanced Manufacturing and NGen Canada, and more. Afterwards, participating businesses will split up for facility tours. Interested participants can visit vaughanbusiness.ca/B2BTour for details and to register by Friday, Sept. 13.
