Special edition COVID-19 newsletter coming to Vaughan homes and businesses
Direct mailer outlines
measures taken by the City in response to the global pandemic
In
response to the evolving global COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Vaughan has issued
a special edition of the City Hall Connects newsletter. Citizens can expect to
receive the printed mailout, featuring vital news and information, as early as
this week. This newsletter is the latest in a series of communications products
to keep residents and businesses up to date on the City's ongoing response
efforts.
Coming
soon to all Vaughan mailboxes, the newsletter details the many programs the
City has implemented, the different ways services are being modified and the measures
and initiatives in place – including enacted by-laws – geared at safeguarding citizens
and further supporting the local business community.
Keeping
citizens informed of the latest developments and precautionary measures remains
a top priority. As the City continues to work to break the chain of
transmission of the virus, this special edition newsletter was created to further
the flow of information and keep every citizen up to date.
