To receive City-related news straight to your inbox as it is released, sign up for Vaughan News – the City’s eNewsletter – at vaughan.ca/news. 

There are also many other eNewsletters citizens can subscribe to from Members of Council, the Economic Development department and the Recreation Services team. Subscribe today to the ones that interest you most and begin receiving news. 

Vaughan Public Libraries (VPL) also shares information about programs, services, announcements, staff picks and more via VPL’s eNewsletter.

The City’s website – vaughan.ca – is a one-stop shop for information on City programs and services. It is also home to Service Vaughan, the City’s online reporting tool, which allows you to submit service requests easily, report non-emergencies and track submissions 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Access Vaughan – the City’s contact centre – is available to answer any City-related inquiry by phone or email. Reach a citizen service representative directly by phone at 905-832-2281 (toll-free: 1-844-832-2112) or email at accessvaughan@vaughan.ca. 

All inquiries are responded to in priority sequence during regular business hours – Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Outside of working hours, a 24-hour dispatcher will be available to respond to municipal emergencies.​​
