Annual event provides networking and learning opportunities for entrepreneurs
As one of Canada’s fastest-growing municipalities, the City of Vaughan is dedicated to supporting economic growth, and creating a climate in which businesses can thrive and, in turn, drive our strong economy. This year’s Vaughan Business Expo focuses on business growth by facilitating collaboration and strategic partnerships between local companies.

In its 16th year, the Vaughan Business Expo continues to be well attended, with approximately 100 exhibitors and hundreds of participants. The event is hosted by the Vaughan Business Enterprise Centre (VBEC), in partnership with the Province of Ontario, the Ontario Network of Entrepreneurs (ONE) and Canada Business Ontario (CBO), and will be held on Jan. 31 at the Terrace Banquet Centre. The keynote speaker is Shane Murphy, co-founder of Founded Technologies Inc., who will talk about the transformation of business through disruptive technologies.

The expo includes trade booths and networking opportunities for entrepreneurs, local business owners and community leaders. In addition, a breakout session will be facilitated by procurement professionals from the federal, provincial and municipal government about doing business with these organizations.
