Vaughan lowers flags to half-mast in wake of attacks on Paris
Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua has issued the following statement.
As a show of solidarity with the people of France, the City of Vaughan has lowered the flags at all facilities to half-mast in honour of those who lost their lives in Friday’s senseless acts of terror.
We offer our sincere condolences to everyone impacted by this tragedy – to people in Paris and around the world who are mourning their loved ones.
Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with France today.
