Pre-registration and pre-payment is available 7 days in advance of scheduled recreational skate/shinny hockey for residents of Vaughan and 4 days in advance for non-residents at vaughan.perfectmind.com. Muilti-visit passes can also be purchased online. We recommend using Google Chrome for best results. Community centres are cashless; credit card and debit are accepted methods of payment only.

Indoor Recreational Skating (Supervised & Unsupervised)
- Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- CSA approved helmets, protective gloves and elbow/knee pads are highly recommended for children under 8 years of age, new skaters, and users with disabilities.
- Use of wheelchairs, sledges, skating aids and other adaptive devices are allowed and must be provided by the user.
- Adults accompanying users on ice must wear skates or ice cleats.
- Use of a chair or strollers are not permitted on ice.
- Hockey sticks, pucks and nets are not permitted.
Indoor Recreational Shinny Hockey (Supervised & Unsupervised)
- Helmets are mandatory, and full equipment, including elbow pads and shin guards are highly recommended.
- Face guards are mandatory for youth and children in the parent & child shinny hockey program.
- Note: Ice pad may be split between practice and game play at the discretion of the shinny hockey attendant.
- Parent & Child: Participation restricted to one adult (18 years+) and 2 children (6-12 years). Parent or guardian must be on the ice. There is a fee of $6 for each additional child.
- Goalies are free (maximum of 3). Maximum of 24 shinny hockey players, excluding goalies.

Book last-minute arena ice online at vaughan.perfectmind.com. Bookings are available online 24 hours to five days in advance for a one-hour to nine-hour timeslot.

- The Sports Village (for City-owned ice time only)
- Woodbridge Pool & Memorial Arena
Fees:
- $99/hour promo rate + HST and applicable insurance
- Note: Last-minute ice bookings are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded as per the City's Cancellation Policy (PDF).
Insurance Fees:
- $1.05/hour for recreational skating
- $8.09/hour for shinny hockey
To book online, follow these steps:

- Click the Facility Information tab
- Click Online Facility Booking
- Click Arena Ice
- Select desired rink and click Choose
- Select between which activity you wish to book; last-minute recreational skating (1-50 participants) or last-minute shinny/hockey (1-30 participants)
- Select duration of reservation (one to nine hours) and input number of attendees
- View the calendar to select date and time
- Click Reserve
- Review and agree to contract terms
- Enter payment and place your order
- A contract and receipt will automatically be emailed to you

Bookings made outside the one- to five-day last-minute promo period are subject to standard ice rental rates.
