Get prepped for the in-water interview
What's an in-water interview? It's basically a job interview that takes place in the swimming pool to see how you perform in the water. Typically, you're required to demonstrate swimming skills, rescue techniques or how you would teach a swimming lesson. In-water interviews an opportunity to show you have the right abilities and confidence to handle the job. The videos are examples of some of the skills you'll be asked to perform.
