Setting up a bulk water account
By setting up a bulk water account, you can add funds and request new water FOBs to access Vaughan bulk water stations. All requests for bulk water are fulfilled within one business day where possible.
Businesses must register online for the Bulk Water Program through the Service Request Portal. For any transaction not completed online through the Service Request Portal a $46 admin fee will be added to have your request processed by our Bulk Water team.

Bulk water rates and payment methods
In accordance with the Fees and Charges By-law 224-2023 (PDF), the following rate structure is in place for the Bulk Water Program:

1. North Filling Station (PDF) - 2100 Teston Rd. (located on the east side of Keele Street, just north of Teston Road)
Hours of operation: Monday to Sunday, 24 hours
Payment method: pre-paid FOB
Type: single user
Service connection: 3-inch female camlock adapter
2. East Filling Station (PDF) - 8040 Dufferin St. (located on the west side of Dufferin Street, just south of Highway 407)
Hours of operation: Monday to Sunday, 24 hours
Payment method: pre-paid FOB

3. Central Filling Station (PDF) - 2800 Rutherford Rd. (enter via the driveway just west of Melville Avenue)
Hours of operation: Monday to Sunday, 24 hours
Payment method: pre-paid FOB

4. West Filling Station (PDF) - 4630 Langstaff Rd. (located on the City's Works Yard, north side of Langstaff Road, station is located on the west side of the building)
Hours of operation: This station is permanently closed
Payment method: pre-paid FOB

This station is permanently closed and will be relocating to Langstaff Rd. and Innovation Rd. - coming soon.
