The "DO NOT PAY" message confirms that payment for each instalment will be automatically withdrawn on each property tax payment due date. The property tax payment automatic withdrawal dates are listed on each bill. No further action from you is required to make a payment.

Answer
The City offers two pre-authorized payment options:
- A 10-month instalment program. There will be five monthly instalments for each billing: interim and final. The first five instalments are from March 1 through to July 1 (interim bill) and then Aug. 1 through to Dec. 1 (final bill). There are no withdrawals on Jan. 1 or Feb. 1.
- A six-month instalment program. The instalment amounts for the interim and final billing are automatically deducted from the bank account on each due date listed on the bills, equaling six withdrawals in total. In 2024, the dates are:
Interim residential and non-residential Final residential and non-residential March 27
April 26
May 29
July 29
Aug. 28
Sept. 26
