Flora's Walk for Perinatal Mental Health Woodbridge, Vaughan.

Join Team The Nest Health Vaughan as we lead a Flora's walk for Perinatal Health in Woodbridge!  We will come together as a community to walk and raise awareness for perinatal mental health.  

As a clinic focused on supporting and empowering women along the motherhood journey, we see firsthand the struggles many women face postpartum. This in addition to some of our own personal struggles with mental health postpartum, is why we are walking.  This cause and initiative is something we hold near and dear to our hearts.  

If postpartum mental health struggles have touched you or someone you know please join us!  We weren't meant to go through the motherhood journey alone. Together we can make a difference!

Our schedule of events includes:

9:30 - 10:30: Children's Face Painter/Vaughan Fire & Rescue Firetruck Tour/Coffee!

10:30-11/11:15 Walk around the community.

11:15 - 12:30 Snacks/Water/Prizes/Closing remarks!
