Easily pay and schedule a delivery online through Service Vaughan

 

The City of Vaughan offers many online services 24 hours a day, seven days a week through Service Vaughan – including buying or exchanging blue boxes, green bins and kitchen containers! Backyard composters and garbage tags are also available for purchase. Here’s how:

Go to vaughan.ca/ServiceVaughan, navigate to the “Garbage and Recycling” section and click on the service you want. Then log in to your account, schedule your bin or tag delivery to your home, and pay – all online! Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

You can also use the online portal to register to exchange a broken City-issued blue box or green bin for a free new one and schedule a delivery right to your home.

If you prefer to buy bins and tags in person, you can at the following community centres while supplies last:

  • Al Palladini Community Centre
  • Chancellor Community Centre
  • Dufferin Clark Community Centre
  • Father E. Bulfon Community Centre
  • Maple Community Centre
  • North Thornhill Community Centre
  • Vellore Village Community Centre
  • Woodbridge Pool and Memorial Arena

Do you need help determining where a waste item belongs? Use the online ‘What Goes Where?’ sorting tool to quickly and easily check with the search bar. You can also download the free Recycle Coach app from the Apple App Store or Google Play to confirm where a waste item belongs. The app provides waste-less tips and a personalized collection schedule with optional alerts on what to put to the curb each week.
