City of Vaughan Festive Season Closures
Vaughan City Hall and the Joint Operations Centre will be closed for the festive season on Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2014 at noon and resume regular business hours on Monday, Jan. 5, 2015. Some City facilities and services will operate on alternate schedules over the holidays.
VAUGHAN COMMUNITY CENTRES
The following community centres will be open on Wednesday, Dec. 24 and Wednesday, Dec. 31. All other community centres will be closed those days.

- Father Ermanno Bulfon Community Centre
- Garnet A. Williams Community Centre
- North Thornhill Community Centre
- Maple Community Centre
- Vellore Village Community Centre
The following community centres will be open on Friday, Dec. 26 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. All other community centres will be closed that day.

VAUGHAN ANIMAL SERVICES AND PUBLIC LIBRARIES
Vaughan Animal Services and public libraries will be closed from Wednesday, Dec. 24 at noon to Friday, Dec. 26 and from Wednesday, Dec. 31 at noon to Thursday, Jan. 1.
WASTE COLLECTION
Waste collections scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 25 will be picked up one day later on Friday, Dec. 26. Waste collections scheduled for Friday, Dec. 26 will be picked up one day later on Saturday, Dec. 27.
Waste collections scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 1 will be picked up one day later on Friday, Jan. 2. Waste collections scheduled for Friday, Jan. 2 will be picked up one day later on Saturday, Jan. 3.
Please ensure waste items are placed out for collection no later than 7 a.m. Christmas tree pickup will begin on Tuesday, Jan. 6. Visit vaughan.ca/waste for the complete schedule.
