Deloitte Impact Day in Vaughan

Deloitte, in partnership with the City of Vaughan, made a great IMPACT to our environment and our City on Friday, Oct. 2, 2013.  

Over 40 Deloitte volunteers and City of Vaughan staff helped to clean up parkland throughout the City as part of Deloitte Impact Day. They spent the day cleaning garbage and debris from our open spaces, woodlots and storm water management ponds.  A total of five truckloads of garbage was collected and removed: everything from water bottles and tires, including a kitchen sink. 

The City of Vaughan extends a “Big Thank You” to Deloitte and its employees for volunteering their time and efforts in helping to make our community a cleaner place.
