Enjoy some free, fun-filled activities on Family Day

Vaughan municipal offices closed on Monday, Feb. 19

This year, turn Family Day into “Fun Day” at one of the City’s community centres. In addition to regularly scheduled recreation programs and swim lessons, residents can enjoy free activities such as recreational swimming, skating, sports and fitness classes, plus free access to games rooms and fitness centres. Bathurst Clark Resource Library, Civic Centre Resource Library and Pierre Berton Resource Library are open on Monday, Feb. 19 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. All other branches are closed and will reopen on Tuesday, Feb. 20.
 
Vaughan City Hall, the Joint Operations Centre and Vaughan Animal Services will be closed on Monday, Feb. 19 and will reopen on Tuesday, Feb. 20.
 
Waste collection will not be affected and will continue as regularly scheduled.
