Update your existing account by Sunday for a seamless transition
A new and easy-to-use online registration system is coming for City of Vaughan recreation program users. The mobile-friendly PerfectMind system provides users with easier navigation, enhanced search options, automated email reminders and secure online payment options.
In advance of the new system, current Recreation Services users are required to update their personal information on their existing account by 10 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 24 at vaughan.ca/RecOnline. This ensures that accurate contact information is transferred to the new registration system. Accounts with activity as recent as January 2018 (including program and membership purchases) will automatically be transferred as will accounts with a credit or overdue balance, regardless of date. PerfectMind will launch on Wednesday, Feb. 3.
An email address will be required to access your account in PerfectMind. If you have an email associated with your existing account, you will automatically receive an email with a temporary password and a link to activate your new account when the new system is live.
How to update your account:
- Log in to your account on vaughan.ca/RecOnline.
- Click “edit account details.”
- Add/update your email. This is required to use the new system.
- Update your phone number and address.
- Ensure the “primary contact” on the account is correctly assigned.
