Online resources at your fingertips

While Vaughan City Hall and other City-operated facilities remain closed in response to the global COVID-19 pandemic, citizens are encouraged to take advantage of the services and resources that continue to be offered online – including Service Vaughan.

Service Vaughan is an online reporting tool that enables individuals to easily submit a service request, report on non-emergency City services and track their submission 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Residents can access the tool by visiting vaughan.ca/ServiceVaughan or going to the vaughan.ca homepage and clicking the Service Vaughan icon. Currently, the platform supports requests on six City services, including:

  • debris, vandalism and graffiti
  • garbage and recycling
  • parks, trees and grass
  • roads and sidewalks
  • signs and streetlights
  • water services

Cases of broken glass and vandalized park equipment are examples of a municipal emergency or problems that require immediate attention. Call Access Vaughan at 905-832-2281 to report these types of incidents.

A non-Vaughan resident is also able to submit an online request if the inquiry is directly related to one of Vaughan’s City services.

Further benefits include a tracking feature to check the status of the submitted inquiry online, the option to receive auto-updates either via email or through the online tool itself, and the ability to provide feedback upon completion of the request. The City is also working to add additional services into the portal.

To receive Vaughan’s COVID-19 updates as they happen, sign up for the City Update eNewsletter at vaughan.ca/CityUpdate and follow the City’s Twitter, Facebook and Instagram channels.

Continue to check vaughan.ca/COVID19 for updates and changes to service levels. For more information about City matters, please call Access Vaughan at 905-832-2281 or visit vaughan.ca.
