As infrastructure improvements continue on Woodbridge Avenue, the City of Vaughan is reminding residents that the area is open for business. From shopping in-person or online to ordering takeout or dining at a restaurant or café – Woodbridge Avenue is a one-stop-shop this Mother’s Day.
Plenty of parking is available in the area. Designated parking spots at 7971 Kipling Ave. (in the Faith Deliverance International Ministries Church parking lot) and 140 Woodbridge Avenue (Marketlane Shopping Centre) offer easy access to shops and services along Woodbridge Avenue while the street undergoes improvements.

Get ready to fasten your fascinators and treat that special someone to high tea in Vaughan’s downtown core! Tickets are on sale for a stylish high tea at Vaughan Studios & Event Space (200 Apple Mill Rd., third floor) on Sunday, May 14 from 10 a.m. to noon.
Make it a special occasion! Fascinators and tea attire are encouraged but not required. Tickets are $55 per person and can be purchased online – all sales are final.
Assigned seating will be provided upon ticket purchase. To ensure you receive your desired seating arrangement, guests preferring to sit together must purchase tickets at the same time. There is a maximum of eight people per table. Learn more at vaughan.ca/VSES.
