Do you have plans for your kids for the upcoming P.A. Day on Thursday, June 2? If not, you’re in luck! The City of Vaughan is offering programming for kids ages six to 12 years old from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Al Palladini and Vellore Village community centres.

Kids can spend the day enjoying camp activities including games, sports, arts and crafts, outdoor play (weather permitting) and special events while making new friends. Pre-registration is required at vaughan.perfectmind.com. For more information, visit vaughan.ca/camps.

Looking for something for them to do in the summer? There are limited spots still available for the City’s in-person summer camps. Kids can have a fun-filled summer of creating, learning and enjoying the outdoors! Spots are filling up fast and pre-registration is required. Registration is available at vaughan.perfectmind.com.

The City’s summer camps are open for children and youth ages four to 17 years old during July and August. Camps will consist of one- and two-week sessions at community centres, heritage homes and green spaces throughout Vaughan, with the exception of Garnet A. Williams Community Centre as it remains closed for renovations.

Programming will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily with flexible drop-off times available from 8:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. and pickup between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. Flex drop-off and pick-up options are not available at the City Playhouse Theatre or for any half-day camp.

Check out the Summer Camps eBrochure with details on all the City’s available camps. From STEM, mixed media art and dance to eco-leadership, swimming and sports, there is something for everyone to enjoy! For more information, including the Camps Basics for Parents, (PDF) visit vaughan.ca/camps.
