Vaughan Launches New Public Safety Videos

The City of Vaughan has launched three new public safety videos in tandem with Emergency Preparedness Week, May 5-11. The videos are part of the City’s PrepE Emergency Preparedness Campaign, which is designed to inform residents about the importance of being equipped for emergency situations.
The topics of the new videos include:
- The importance of having an emergency preparedness kit and emergency plan, and being alert to surroundings.
- Putting together a 72-hour emergency preparedness pack for pets.
- Lightning safety and remaining indoors during severe weather.
The videos can be viewed on the City of Vaughan’s official YouTube channel at youtube.com/thecityofvaughan. The videos are also available for broadcast.
